We're sorry that you have to return/exchange items. We understand how disappointing it can be to order items that don't work out for your project, so we're going to do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. This page explains how we'll handle your return. |
Step One: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
We will then send you an email with the RMA number and the following instructions. |

Step Two: Sending Your Package

Getting Your Refund: Allow 7 days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center. Please note: Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling for return/exchange. Original shipping fee is not refundable. If your order was purchased as "free shipping", please discuss with the support team to determine the actual shipping cost which will be deducted from the payment due to refund. Once your return has been received at our facility, your payment will be refunded and you'll receive an email confirmation that your return has been processed. Once the return has been completed, your credit card company will process the credit. This typically takes 2 to 10 business days, but is at the discretion of your credit card company.
