AKDY Return/Exchange Process


We're sorry that you have to return/exchange items. We understand how disappointing it can be to order items that don't work out for your project, so we're going to do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. This page explains how we'll handle your return.

Step One: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  1. Email our Customer Service Team support@akdytrading.com
  2. Tell us which item(s) you'd like to return. Please include your original sales record, pictures if the item is damaged.
  3. Indicate whether you'd like to receive in-house credit or a refund in the original form of payment.

We will then send you an email with the RMA number and the following instructions.

Step Two: Sending Your Package

  1. Pack the item in its original box or packaging. All items being returned must be in new condition.
  2. Use the original shipping box, if possible, or any sturdy, plain cardboard box.
  3. Remove or cover up any pre-existing labels or stickers.
  4. Print the RMA number and return address label included in the email's attached PDF file and attach it to the box with clear packing tape.
  5. Seal your box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment.
  6. Visit your local FedEx or UPS store to ship the item back to us.

Hurry - Your RMA is valid for 30 days after the original ship date!

Getting Your Refund:

Allow 7 days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center.
Within 48 hours, your return will be processed back into our inventory.
2-10 business days later, your financial institution will credit your card. (In-store credits and Paypal payment are processed same-day.)


Please note: Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling for return/exchange. Original shipping fee is not refundable. If your order was purchased as "free shipping", please discuss with the support team to determine the actual shipping cost which will be deducted from the payment due to refund.


Once your return has been received at our facility, your payment will be refunded and you'll receive an email confirmation that your return has been processed. Once the return has been completed, your credit card company will process the credit. This typically takes 2 to 10 business days, but is at the discretion of your credit card company.
