AKDY Parts Replacement Process


We're sorry if your package is damaged during the shipping. We understand how disappointing it can be if just some part is missing or damaged, so we're going to do everything we can to make the RMA process fast and simple. This page explains how we'll assist you to replace the damage parts.

Step One: Report the problem immediately to receipt prompt customer support
  1. Email our Customer Service Team support@akdytrading.com
  2. Tell us which item(s) you received. Please include your original sales record so we can keep track of your request
  3. Describe what's damaged/missing, send pictures to support@akdytrading.com

Step Two: We will send you appropriate parts replacement

  1. Once we receive your email with details, our support team will open a case and work with you to resolve the issues
  2. Support team will discuss and confirm the parts you need for replacement
  3. Replacement will be processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days
  4. We will send you instructions if any packages or parts need to be returned to us.

Hurry - Your RMA is valid for 30 days after the original ship date!
